My motivation and main aim behind SMD Worldwide is to offer a top inclusive program to football players around the globe, through a fully integrated inclusive football program. As a certified trainer, I believe that training, studying and living in a foreign country is an invaluable experience that helps shape young men into not only better players, but also better people.
STAY IN SHAPE WHILE HAVING FUN
It's better to choose moderate effort lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, rather than workouts that overly impact your muscles and joints. Moderate exercise will make your body draw from its reserves and limit/avoid weight gain.

We know that to develop players we need to challenge them. Therefore we provide our players with trials at professional clubs, ensuring that they have a chance of reaching their goals.
